Regulation No. 381 of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources on calculation of atmospheric pollution.

This Regulation is destined for state ecological inspection and has as its purpose calculation of damages caused to environment by the infringement of the legislation currently in force. The Regulation requires compensation of damages caused to atmospheric air by unauthorized emissions. In case of impossibility to establish specific culprit the owner or provisional user of the economic entity that has caused damage to the atmospheric air by unauthorized emissions shall be liable to pay compensation. The Regulation establishes formula for the calculation of damage caused to atmospheric air.
