Abstract
This Law determines the fundamental rights of consumers when purchasing goods and services, including various issues aimed to offer the protection of consumer rights and health on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 140 articles. Chapters are the following: Basic provisions (I); Protection of life and health security of consumers (II); Protection of economic interests of consumers (III); Information and education of consumers (IV); Property legal protection (V); Institutional consumer protection (VI); Supervision (VII); Offences and penalties (VIII); Transitional and final provisions (IX).
