Decision amending and supplementing the Decision on the amount and method of calculation of water fees and on the criteria and method for determining the level of water pollution.

This Decision amends certain provisions part of the Decision on the amount and method of calculation of water fees and on the criteria and method for determining the level of water pollution (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 29/2009 and already amended in the Gazette 39/2019). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (use of water in extremely favorable natural conditions by use of hydro-accumulation; useful areas of occasionally flooded land); article 3 (minor definition amendments in terms of designated taxpayers and their obligations); article 6 (details on operation of wastewater treatment plants in accordance with a water permit or which do not provide testing of the quality of wastewater discharged into the recipient).
