Decision on the amount and method of calculation of water fees and on the criteria and method for determining the level of water pollution.

This Decision, in relation and in accordance with the provisions of the Law on water management financing, determines the amount and method of calculation of amounts of water fees, and also sets the criteria and method for determining the level of water pollution.
The amount of compensation for water pollution protection is set in relation to the following: use of mineral fertilizers; production or import of chemical plant protection products; production or import of phosphate-based detergents; several water use in marina and vessel related context.
The amount of compensation for the extracted material from the watercourse is also object of this text (extracted sand, gravel, stone and other materials from the streams of watercourses, spruces, abandoned gorges and from the coast of natural watercourses, natural and artificial reservoirs and areas endangered by erosion).
