Decision amending and supplementing the Decision on the development of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro.

This Decision amends and adds certain provisions to the Decision on the development of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 82/2018). Changes are regarding the contents of article 5 (new deadline for drafting the Plan, 7 March 2022); and article 9 (added article 9a: The Ministry of Ecology, Spatial Planning and Urbanism will, within three days from the day of entry into force of this text, undertake activities to harmonize the Drafting Agreement on Spatial Plan of Montenegro until 2040).
