Abstract
This Decision amends several parts of the Decision on temporary measures to mitigate the negative effects of the COVID 19 epidemic on the financial system (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 80/2020).
Changes are as follows: new article (2a) is added (detailed issues, conditions and rules regarding individuals who use bank loans and which are now entitled to a moratorium on repayment of such loans for a period of six months); article 4a is also added (Restructuring of loans granted to individuals); also articles 8a and 12a are here added (containing updated indications of the Chapter VII-Correct application).
