Abstract
This Decision establishes temporary measures related to the treatment of loans that are approved by banks and other measures to reduce the negative effects of the epidemic infectious diseases COVID 19 on bank operations and aimed at maintaining the general financial system stability.
The text is structured into eight thematic Chapters as follows: I. Basic provision; II. Moratory on loan repayment; III. Granting loans to beneficiaries from the tourism and sectors of agriculture, forestry and fisheries; IV. Loan restructuring; V. Other measures; VI. Central bank reporting; VII. Correct application; VIII. Transitional and final provisions. Beneficiaries of bank loans from the tourism sector and from the agriculture, forestry and fisheries, are entitled to a moratorium on loan repayments as specified in article 2.
The Annex is also part of this publication (sheets and forms related to the report on the moratorium and newly approved and restructured loans).
