This Decision amends certain provisions of the Decision on the amount and method of calculation of water fees and on the criteria and method for determining the level of water pollution (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Montenegro 29/2009).
Changes are related to the new set of water pollution protection fees for certain types of vessels and recreational water use (article 2, paragraph 1, item 9 of the original text).
