Decision on formation of the Council for reviewing the epidemiological situation due to outbreak of infectious disease COVID-19 and its impact on the economic situation in Montenegro.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on the protection of the population from infectious diseases, determines the formation of the Council for reviewing the epidemiological situation due to outbreak of infectious disease COVID-19 and its impact on the economic situation in Montenegro (members are listed in article 1 of this text). Task of the Council are to: 1) considers and analyzes: the epidemiological situation resulting from the outbreak of the COVID-19 contagious disease, by taking into account the number of sick, vaccinated and deceased citizens, both medical and health reports and information of the Ministry of Health and the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro regarding the transmission of this contagious disease, as well as the impact of measures to prevent the introduction of this contagious disease into the country, its spread and the suppression and prevention of its transmission to other countries which; the impact of the epidemiological situation and related measures on the economic situation, on the basis of reports and information of state administration bodies responsible for affairs of defense, finance and social welfare, economic development, education, public administration, agriculture, internal and external affairs, and, where appropriate, other authorities; 2) to propose to the Government of Montenegro an introduction of relative prohibitions, restrictions and other measures.
