Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on forests and Law on state property, grants the sale of state-owned forests (timber in dormant conditions) in accordance with construction projects in regional units of Pljevlja, Rožaje, Berane, Žabljak, Kolašin, Bijelo Polje, Petnjica, Nikšić, Plužine, Plav, Podgorica, Danilovgrad and Andrijevica. This text determines the management units and indicates related quantities (see list). The sale of timber wood will be done through a public tender or auction. The Forest Administration is instructed to publish a public invitation and form a commission for the implementation of the sale procedure-auctions. Following the wood sales procedure, the Director of the Forest Administration will sign contracts with the most favorable bidders.
