Decision on the introduction of a market-price policy measure.

This Decision, as in accordance with the provisions and purposes established by the Montenegrin Regulation on the conditions, mode and dynamics of the implementation of Agricultural Policy measures for 2019 (agro-budget), and in order to take timely measures and create conditions for normal functioning of the market, here sets temporary measures and rules for the introduction of a market-price policy for withdrawal and storage of surpluses of potatoes until all disturbances are eliminated. Aid for the storage of surplus potatoes shall be granted to economic operators who possess adequate premises for storage of agricultural products, ie premises who meet the conditions in accordance with the related laws, and on the basis of a contract concluded between economic entity that performs storage and Ministry of Agriculture and rural development.
