Abstract
This Regulation provides for conditions, manner and dynamics of the implementation direct agricultural payments part of Montenegrin agrarian policy measures for market price regulation, rural development policy, public interest affairs, social transfers to individuals, food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary matters and measures in the field of fisheries, all in relation to the access to necessary funds from the budget. These measures are aimed at fulfilling the obligations deriving from Montenegrin Law on agriculture and rural development, and Law on marine fisheries and mariculture.
The funds object of this text are called the national overall agro-budget.
