Decree amending and supplementing the Decree on the realization and procedure of using funds from the instrument of European Union pre-accession assistance (IPARD II programme).

This Decree amends and adds several provisions to the Decree on the realization and procedure of using funds from the instrument of European Union pre-accession assistance (IPARD II programme), originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 16/2016 and last amended in the Gazette 19/2020.
In article 1, reference indications on measure and instruments are renamed: “Investments in physical capital for processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products” (Measure 3); "Diversification of farms and business development" (Measure 7), sub-measure 7.1 "Support investments for the development of rural tourism ", sub-measure 7.2" Support to investments for processing of economy ”and sub-measure 7.3“ Support to investments for the improvement of crafts”. Other changes are regarding different amendments through the entire text, including 13 new articles added to the article 26 (related to different support amounts). Provisions of article 34, 43, 44 and 47 are also amended. Annexes 2 and 3 are also amended and attached to this publication.
