Decree on the realization and procedure of using funds from the instrument of European Union pre-accession assistance (IPARD II programme).

This Decree regulates the implementation and procedure of using the funds of financial support for the implementation of development rural measures deriving from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance of the European Union (IPA) for "Investments in the physical capital of agricultural holdings" and "Investments in physical capital for processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products", as in accordance with the Programme for Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas of Montenegro within IPARD II 2014-2020. These support funds may be used for the production of the following sectors: 1) milk (cattle, sheep and goat); 2) meat (cattle breeding, sheep breeding, pig breeding and poultry farming); 3) egg production; 4) fruits, vegetables and field crops (including cereals, mushrooms, aromatic and medicinal herbs); 5) viticulture; 6) olive growing; 7) beekeeping and 8) fisheries (mariculture and aquaculture).
