Abstract
This Decree amends certain contents of the Decree on the realization and procedure of using funds from the instrument of European Union pre-accession assistance (IPARD II programme), originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 16/2016 and last amended in the Gazette 43/2021.
Changes are regarding the contents of articles 26a, 26g, 26h, 26i (all related to different support amounts), 27, 45 (double funding) and 46 (number of projects per beneficiary of support funds).
