Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on agriculture and rural development and Law on marine fisheries and mariculture, determines the conditions, manner and dynamics of implementation of agricultural policy measures for market price policy, rural development policy, affairs of public interest, social transfers to individuals, measures in the field of food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary affairs and measures in the field of fisheries (Agro-budget for the year 2021). The Annex is part of this publication (full terms of the 2021 Montenegro Agro-budget).
