Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on Agriculture and Rural Development and Law on marine fisheries and mariculture, here establishes the conditions, method and dynamics of implementing agricultural policy measures for market pricing policy, rural development policy, public interest affairs, social transfers to individuals, among measures in the field of food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary work and measures in the field of fisheries, that is here called Agro-budget. The funds provided by the Agricultural Budget are allocated in the total amount of €66,092,516.90, namely: to the state administration body responsible for agriculture, forestry and water management (Ministry); to administrative bodies responsible for food safety, veterinary and phytosanitary affairs. These funds (amounts specified in this text) shall be allocated namely for development of agriculture, rural development and fisheries, implementation of food and feed safety measures, implementation of animal health protection measures, implementation of phytosanitary measures. The conditions, method and dynamics of the implementation of agricultural policy measures for the year 2023 are given in Annex 1 which is part of this publication.
