Decree on the implementation and procedure for using funds from the European Union's Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPARD III Programme).

This Decree regulates the implementation and procedure for the use of financial support funds for the implementation of rural development measures from the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance of the European Union (IPA) for "Investments in physical capital of agricultural holdings" (Measure 1) and "Investments in physical capital for processing and marketing of agricultural and fishery products" (Measure 3) and "Diversification of holdings and business development" (Measure 7), sub-measure 7.1 "Support for investments for the development of rural tourism", sub-measure 7.2 "Support for investments for processing on the farm" and sub-measure 7.3 "Support for investments for the improvement of crafts", in accordance with the Programme for the Development of Agriculture and Rural Areas of Montenegro under IPARD III 2021-2027 (IPARD III Programme). Sectors for using support funds are listed in article 4 (milk, cattle, sheep and goat farming; meat-cattle type, sheep type, goat type, pig type and poultry type; egg production; fruit, vegetables and field crops; viticulture; olive growing; beekeeping; and fisheries and aquaculture). All details and list are given in Annexes 1-5.
