Abstract
This Law defines many issues regarding the controlled, safe and monitored production and sale of alcoholic drinks (intended for human consumption), including provisions related to their labelling, conformity assessment, as well as other important rules.
The Law is divided into XII Chapters and 58 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
