Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of Law on agriculture and rural development (Official Gazette of Montenegro 56/2009).
Changes are related to the official period of validity of the State food production and rural development strategy (article 4, paragraph 2); realization of incentives also in relation with European Union financial instruments (article 26); cancellation of articles 27, 28, 29, 32 (only paragraph 4 and 5), 63 (only paragraphs 2 and 3), 69, 70, 71, 77 and 78; and offences and penalty provisions (article 75).
