Abstract
This Law amends some articles prescribed by the Law on agriculture and rural development (Official Gazette of Montenegro 56/2009 and 34/2014).
Changes are made to the article 26 that is re-edited and replaced. This article sets the updated rules and conditions regarding the age related benefits and compensation form the state agro-budget for rural populations; and regarding the possible benefits aimed for vulnerable elderly and rural households present on the territory of Montenegro.
