Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on energy (Official Gazette of Montenegro 21/2017).
Changes are related to: the issues added to the independent energy sector provisions (article 27); financial issues and refunding (article 60); temporary prices and corrections (article 61); methodologies for determining the revenue and price for the use of the transmission and distribution system (article 62); independence of the system operator (article 135 and minor modifications to the article 136).
