Abstract
This Law amends various articles part of Law on game and hunting (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 52/2008).
Significant changes are related to the provisions on hunting season and hunting rules; cycle of development as well as the time of return of migratory birds; reproduction and breeding in controlled-game breeding establishments; and offences and necessary penalties.
