Law amending the Law on internal trade.

This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on internal trade (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Montenegro 49/2008).
Changes are related to the definitions and added issues in articles 8 and 9 concerning the wholesale rules; cancellation of the subtitle 2 (Special forms of wholesale trade) and cancellation of underlying articles 11, 12 and 13; modification to articles 14, 15, 16 and 19 (regarding the retail sale, subtitle 3 of the Chapter I; cancellation of paragraph 4 to the article 22; several amended and added provisions to the Chapter III that sets the trading conditions (articles 32, 32, 35, 37); cancellation of the Chapter IV on unfair competition (articles 38, 39 and 40); and several amended and added rules in relation with inspection, offences and penalty provisions (articles 41, 42, 43, 44, 46 and 48); and article 45 that was cancelled (direct penalties as for articles 43 and 44 that are also amended).
