Abstract
This Law amends some provisions provided by the Law on plant nutrition products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 48/2007 and 76/2008; and also various publications containing minor amendments, that have been integrated into the consolidated version from the year 2011).
Significant changes are related to the trading issues; small scale market rules; data registration/reporting obligations as regards trade and marketing.
