Abstract
This Law regulates various conditions regarding the production, distribution, trade (national and international), specific characteristics and application rules all related to the fertilizers, as well as other issues of importance for the correct, safe and controlled marketing of fertilizers/plant nutrition products on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
The Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 43 articles. Chapters are the following: Basic provisions (I); Types of plant nutrition products (II); Production of plant nutrition products (III); Characteristics, designation and trade with plant nutrition products (IV); Import of plant nutrition products (V); Inspection (VI); Penalty provisions (VII); Transitional and final provisions (VIII).
