Abstract
This Law amends some provisions brought by the Law on plant nutrition products (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 48/2007, 76/2008 and 30/2017).
Changes are related to the issues covering the market authorization and related registration of plant nutrition products that are produced or imported into Montenegro; and the obligations of company or entrepreneur as regards the Register of Importers of plant nutrition products.
