Law amending the Law on the protection of cultural property.

This Law amends and re-edits several articles and a large number of provisions part of the Law on the protection of cultural property (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 49/2010 and already amended in the Gazette 44/2017).
This publication also adds rules and concepts such as: public-private partnership (new article 62a); harmonization (new article 141a); implementation of programmes for the protection and preservation of cultural property (new article 147b); integral protection until the adoption of the General Regulation Plan of Montenegro, and “Delayed application” (new articles 148c and 148d);
