Abstract
This Law amends certain parts of Law on the protection of natural, cultural and historical area of Kotor, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 56/2013.
Changes are related to the physical boundaries of the protected area (coordinates from the article 2); administration and financial issues in relation with the composition, appointment and remission of the state body in charge of protection matters (articles 9, 10, 12 and 13); integrated protection requirements (article 16); conservation measures that are amended and added (article 18; new articles 18a and 18b); and certain deadlines (added sections or sub-articles to articles to 25 and 26).
