Abstract
This Law amends certain parts of the Law on the protection of the population from infectious diseases (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 12/2018).
Changes are related to the contents of articles 54 and 55 (extraordinary measures, implementation of measures in emergency situations; prevention of the introduction of infectious diseases into the country and their transmission to others); article 67 (supervision). Also articles 70 and 71 are supplemented with new parts (added article 70a and added paragraphs to the original article 71, both regarding the penalty provisions).
