Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on research and production of hydrocarbons (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 41/2010).
Changes are regarding the basic rules on research and production (article 4); meaning of terms and definitions (article 6); competence of state administration bodies (article 7); zoning of exploration and production parcels, and related procedures (articles 8 and 10); production of hydrocarbons (article 19); public invitation (production concession contracts) in article 20; added paragraph to the article 27; and offences and penalties.
