Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on social and child protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro 27/13, 1/15, 42/15, 47/15, 56/16 and 66/16).
Significant changes are related to the redefinition of the task and duties of public services and institutions, with new mechanisms for the harmonization of new deadlines for certain provisions that are been postponed.
