Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on the transport of dangerous materials, published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 33/2014.
Changes are related to certain official document names that are part of requirements for hazardous substance handlers (article 11); cargo checklist and guidelines on special safety measures (article 12); carrier obligations (article 15); education and professional qualification denominations (articles 26, 32 and 36); contents of the request for transport of radioactive materials (articles 48 and 49); specific inspection provisions (article 77); import compulsory insurance (article 80); and offences and penalty provisions (articles 82 and 83).
