Abstract
This Law regulates the manner (administrative and technical issues, permits and related authorizations) for the placing on the market and the use of biocidal products, also the import and export of the same.
As this Law defines, biocidal products are substances or mixtures containing one or more active substances, prepared in the form which can be available to direct users, and whose purpose is to destroy, prevent, or control unwanted organisms (chemically, not applied on food/feed additives).
The classification of the above mentioned products is fully in accordance with the European Union official list of biocidal products.
The Law is divided into 8 Chapters and 60 articles, including offences and related penalties.
