Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the content and manner of keeping the register of biocidal products (Biocide register). This Register shall contain the data on: 1) the name and seat of the holder of the permit for placing biocidal products; 2) the trade name of that specific biocide product or substance; 3) the name and quantity of active substances and other substances contained in that particular biocidal product; 4) classification marks and indication on the labelling of all active substance and of all dangerous substances if present; 5) types of biocides and permitted uses; 6) conditions and specifications on the nature of such biocide substance (liquid, granulate, powder); 7) customs tariff number; 8) data on maximum permitted quantities of biocidal residues, if known; 9) conditions for placing on the market and use; 10) the term of validity of related license; 11) other conditions for placing biocides on the market and its uses as prescribed by the national Law on Law on biocidal products. An integral part of the biocide register is also: safety data sheet in electronic form; conditions for granting necessary permits; biocidal risk assessment report. This particular Register shall be kept in electronic form.
