Abstract
This Law defines the general hunting provisions and rules, including the breeding, protection, hunting and use of game (mammals and birds as goods of general interest, which enjoy special protection on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro).
As here defined, hunting can be performed as business, sport/recreational and special purpose activity.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 75 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
