Abstract
This Law regulates the conditions and method for establishing the mountain paths networks, for their arrangement and maintenance, their classification and categorization, as well as other issues of importance for the use of mountain paths.
This text sets the provisions aimed at: safe and controlled use of natural wealth, sustainable use of forests present on such areas, planning, construction of buildings or infrastructure, and protection of environment and of natural landscape.
Mountain trails or paths are organized and classified as part of national and/or local network of mountain trails.
