Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions, necessary methods and correct procedure for selecting the host that will be named and considered as official keeper or maintainer as regards the mandatory maintenance of Montenegrin mountain trails or paths (article 2 offers the list of possible candidates, both private and legal person).
