Law on protection and rescue.

This Law includes a set of measures and actions to be taken in order to detect and prevent the threats of natural disasters, fire, technical and technological co-accident, chemical accidents and /or incidents, biological, nuclear and radiological contamination, terrorism, epidemic, epizootic, epiphytotic and other accidents, as well as the issues regarding the rescue of citizens and of the material goods endangered on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
The Law is divided into X Chapters and 123 articles, including monitoring, offences and related penalties.
