Abstract
This Law regulates the issues defining the correct label of origin, geographical indications and designations of traditional specialties for guaranteed agricultural products and foodstuffs, including the manner for their registration, requirements for the conformity assessment, as well as other issues of importance for the labelling of foods in such manner.
This Law further offers a classification of food that will be considered under the terms of its provisions.
The Law is divided into IX Chapters and 47 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
