Monitoring Program for sustainable pesticide use on farms for 2024.

This Montenegrin Monitoring Program for sustainable pesticide use on farms for the year 2024 determines the implementers, number of facilities and checklists for agricultural farms where pesticides are used and stored. The aim of the Program is to check the conditions of facilities for storing plant protection products on agricultural farms. This text also supports the implementation of the National Plan for sustainable use of plant protection products for the period from 2021 to 2026. This text further transposes the provisions related to storage of pesticides as regulated in article 13 of the Directive 2009/128/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for Community action to achieve the sustainable use of pesticides.
