Abstract
This Publication provides for the Montenegrin Monitoring programme for post-registration control of plant protection products for the year 2020, as in accordance with the provisions of the state Law on plant protection products.
The main aim of this Programme is to verify the correctness of the plant protection products on the market, also in order to verify that their physicochemical properties are in accordance with the registration decisions and the labels that accompanies them in trade and or use. Each change in the plant protection product may lead to a change in the effectiveness of the product or danger to humans, plants, animals or environment, as well as applications that do not comply with the given instructions.
The obligations, implementation, monitoring and performance of official controls, prescribed by article 68 of Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directive 79/117/EEC are here transposed.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing reporting sheet samples).
