This Operational plan for protection against harmful effects of water for waters of importance for Montenegro for the year 2022, based on the provisions of the Montenegrin Water Law, contains data and measures necessary for the effective implementation of protection against the harmful effects of water, criteria for declaring regular and extraordinary flood defense, names of managers of protection against harmful effects of water, headquarters for protection against harmful effects of water, the name of the body or company and other legal entity that implements this kind of protection against harmful water effects, and sets the manner for execution and implementation of related protection measures.
