Operational plan for protection against harmful effects of water for waters of importance for Montenegro for 2025.

This Operational plan for protection against harmful effects of water for waters of importance for Montenegro for the year 2025 contains data and measures necessary for the efficient implementation of protection measures and actions aimed against harmful effects of water, including relevant water levels, criteria for declaring regular and emergency flood protection, names of managers of protection against harmful effects of water, headquarters for protection against harmful effects of water, name of the body or company and other legal entity implementing protection against harmful effects of water and means for operational implementation of protection.
Protection against the harmful effects of water for waters of importance to Montenegro is organized and implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the Water Administration in cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, i.e. the Directorate for Protection and Rescue, the Institute for Hydrometeorology and Seismology, the Environmental Protection Agency and companies or other legal entities entrusted with, i.e. whose competence is the maintenance of facilities for protection against the harmful effects of water.
