Abstract
This Order amends some provisions and terms of the Order to take provisional measures to prevent the introduction into the country, suppression and prevention of transmission of the new coronavirus (originally published in the Official Gazette of Montenegro 22/2020 and already amended in the Gazette 24/2020).
The validity of provisions of the Order to take provisional measures to prevent the introduction into the country, suppression and prevention of transmission of the new coronavirus (Official Gazette of Montenegro 22/2020) is now extended until 25 April 2020.
Other changes made in this text are related to the prohibition of the presence and permanence of more than one person in all public areas except for child under age of 12, child with autism spectrum disorders, and others disabilities and wheelchair users, with the presence of one parent, guardian, adoptive parent, breadwinner, companion or other adult member of the family household. This new prohibition does not apply to persons carrying out regular work tasks in permitted activities. Also the ban on the presence and permanence of persons on beaches (river, lake and sea), landscaped and unregulated baths and picnics is established.
