Abstract
This Order, as granted by the provisions of article 55 of the Montenegrin Law on the protection of the population from infectious diseases, here determines a new set of additional and more specific measures that are aimed to contribute to the prevention, suppression and prevention of the introduction of the new coronavirus (Covid-19) as regards the territory of Montenegro.
Article 1 (point 8) determines the obligation of pharmacies; establishments and stores selling food, beverages, and groceries among hygiene products; and other specialized facilities and stores (such as those for sale of baby equipment, construction products, plant and plant protection products and planting materials, feed and veterinary treatment products, agricultural machinery and after-funeral equipment) to: organize their working hours in the period from 8.00 am until 6.00 pm (local time), except for possible delivery directly to the customer's address, which can be made during business hours declared by the merchant, in accordance with related standard trading rules.
Article 2 of this text indicates the type of relevant penalty measures (refers to the Criminal code of Montenegro).
Measure here adopted shall be valid and implemented for 15 days (with the exception of the point 4 of article 1 of this text).
