Abstract
This Order here imposes specific animal health and sanitary measures and procedures to be implemented on farms where serological testing of cattle has determined the presence of specific antibodies against the causative agent of Q fever (animal-bovine or cattle disease). Measures on farms where Q fever in cattle has been confirmed by molecular testing are laid down in article 2. The cattle keeper is obliged to implement biosecurity and other preventive measures on the farm as listed in article 5. Also related duties and responsibilities of veterinary inspectors are indicated in this text.
