Order to take provisional measures to prevent the introduction into the country, suppression and prevention of transmission of the new coronavirus.

This Order, as granted by the provisions of article 55 of the Montenegrin Law on the protection of the population from infectious diseases, here determines several temporary measures that are aimed to prevent, suppress and prevent the transfer or introduction of the new coronavirus (Covid-19) as regards the territory of Montenegro.
Some of the adopted measure are as follows: closing of all catering establishments, cafes, bars, cafeterias, restaurants catering establishments that provide food and take over food and meals, with the ban on the stay of guests in these facilities themselves; physical distancing measures in terms of food market and food sale facilities (public health measures such as social distancing and maximum number of customers).
However, article 2 of this text states that special cases that are subject to interstate cooperation and that are needed for special state interests, and especially for public health purposes, shall be considered and judged by the special nationally infectious disease coordinating body.
Measure here adopted shall be valid and implemented for 15 days since the first day of their effective implementation.
