The Programme aims to identify irregularities and eliminate them, in order to implement timely activities or market withdrawals in order to eliminate potential danger to humans, plants, animals or environment. The obligations, implementation, monitoring and performance of official controls, prescribed by article 68 of Regulation (EC) no. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directive 79/117/EEC are here transposed.
