Post-registration control program for plant protection products-formulations monitoring for 2024.

This Montenegrin Post-registration control program for plant protection products-formulations monitoring for the year 2024 determines the implementers, number and type of samples, method of sampling, type of testing and checklists for pesticides. The aim of the Program is to verify the correctness of plant protection products in circulation and use, based on selected active substances that are on the market and/or in use in order to verify whether their physicochemical properties are in accordance with the registration decisions and the label that accompanies them in circulation and use.
This text also supports the implementation of the National Plan for sustainable use of plant protection products for the period from 2021 to 2026. This text further transposes the provisions contained in article 68 of the Regulation (EC) No. 1107/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the placing of plant protection products on the market and repealing Council Directives 79/117/EEC and 91/414/EEC.
